SignalGrade is run by Firefly Software, LLC, a California company. This page explains what happens to your information when you use it.
The short version: we analyze your audio, send back the results, and delete the file. We don't keep your music, and we don't ask who you are.
What we receive
When your AI assistant uses SignalGrade, it sends us the audio file you asked about, along with the file's name and type. That's all. We don't see your conversation with the assistant, and we never ask for your name, email, or any account.
What we do with your audio
We download the file, measure it, and send the results back to your assistant. The file is deleted as soon as the analysis is done. We don't store your audio, its name, or the results.
Logs
Like almost every website, our servers and our hosting provider automatically record basic details about each request, such as your IP address, the time, and the page or address requested. We use these only to keep the service running and to stop abuse, and they're deleted after a short time. They never contain your audio or your results.
This website doesn't use cookies, analytics, or ads.
Who else is involved
- Your AI assistant (like ChatGPT or Claude) has its own privacy policy. It covers your conversations and the files you upload to it.
- Fly.io hosts our servers, so your file passes through their systems while it's analyzed.
We don't sell or share your information with anyone else, and we don't use it for advertising or to train AI models.
Children
SignalGrade isn't meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them.
Do Not Track
We don't track you across other websites, so we treat every visitor the same whether or not their browser sends a “Do Not Track” signal.
Your choices
Because we don't keep your audio or connect anything to your identity, there's nothing stored about you to look up, correct, or delete. If you have a question or concern, email us and a person will reply.
Changes
If we change how we handle your information, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
