My assistant isn't using SignalGrade

Check that SignalGrade is added as a connector and turned on for the chat, then ask it directly to “use SignalGrade to analyze this track.”

Which files work?

WAV and FLAC give the most accurate results. MP3 works too, but compression changes some readings.

Do you keep my music?

No. Files are deleted as soon as they're analyzed. See the Privacy Policy.

Does it cost anything?

No, SignalGrade is free.
